**Entries are valid only in the United States and must include a valid shipping address in the continental United States. Women For Children will deliver prizes within the Portland metropolitan area at no charge. Winners outside the Portland area must pick up their prize or arrange and pay for shipping.

**Any rules or interpretations of any rules will be up to the sole interpretation or decision by Women For Children. No substitution of prizes. No cash equivalent will be awarded. Checks that are denied or returned for insufficient funds or other reasons will disqualify the ticket covered by such check and the ticket will not be entered in the drawing.
